SHIPPING INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in TYE Medical products! If you have any questions about shipping not addressed here, please to not hesitate to contact us. 

 

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

All orders placed by 2pm EST on Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed on select holidays, after 2pm on weekdays, or any time over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following business day. 

 

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Nothing! All orders ship free. 

 

Will My Neighbors Know What I Purchased?

Never! All of our products ship discreetly in cardboard boxes that do not reveal the product within. 

 

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

All orders will be shipped via UPS Standard Ground Shipping. 

 

Where Is My Order Shipped From? 

Most orders will be shipped in their entirety directly from our manufacturing facility in Wilson, NC. However, McKesson and Formula 2 brand products are not manufactured here, and will ship separately from various locations. 

 

How Long Will Shipping Take?

UPS Standard Ground Shipping typically takes 1-5 days, depending on the delivery location. However, due in part to the COVID-19 Pandemic and worldwide shipping delays, UPS has temporarily suspended their Service Guarantee, so some shipments may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Do You Have Autoship?

Yes! We offer five different Autoship subscription options, free of charge. You can choose from Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly, and Quarterly delivery. On any product page simply choose your preferred delivery timeline then proceed to checkout as normal. You will then received your regularly scheduled delivery until you choose to cancel or change your subscription. How Can I Track My Order?

You will receive an email update from us as soon as your order status changes to Shipped. In that email, you will see Tracking Information, with a link you can click to track the order on UPS. 

If you have created an account with us, you can also access tracking information by logging into your account, then going to Orders and selecting the order you wish to track. On the lower righthand side of the page, you will find the tracking number, which links you to track the package on UPS. 

Please note that tracking information will not be available until the order is shipped and UPS has assigned a tracking number, but if you are curious about the status of your order you can reach out to us at any time.
