These are absolutely the best. I really don't have a probem but I use them for emergencies. Recently, I had a UTI and all women know what that is like. they never leaked during the two times I used them. I also use them when I travel if you do long bus or plane travel- they are fantastic. Anyone who has been on a four hour bus trip and then they hit traffic - perfect. Long delays on the tarmac on a plane - perfect. Highly recommend!

They are different than most best selling pull ups except there is leakage around leg openings. I will try the night time one. They are well made and soft.
