TYE Medical LivDry Protective Underwear has been developed to be as protective and discreet as possible. It provides a comfortable fit with maximum all-day protection against leaks and superior absorbency, while still maintaining a low-profile cross-section that is almost unnoticeable under most clothing.
Our premium adult protective underwear also features a stretchable design that allows this Unisex Incontinence Underwear to be pulled on and worn just like a normal pair of underwear, making it easy for anyone to use – with or without a caretaker’s assistance.
The contoured, cloth-like stretch panels combine with TYE Medical’s proprietary Super Absorbent Gel Core design which quickly locks in leaks and prevents the emission of undesirable odor. In addition, specialized barrier leg cuffs allow for an incredible, close-to-skin fit that will help prevent leg leakage and provide longer-lasting leak protection. Protection that lasts all day saves you money by reducing the necessity of frequent changes.
Finally, TYE Medical LivDry Protective Underwear for moderate to heavy incontinence is easy for both caretakers and individuals to use and remove, with a colored elastic design that clearly indicates the front of the Protective Underwear for Adults, and tear-away sides that allow the pullup to be removed while standing or lying down – whichever is appropriate.
TYE Medical LivDry Protective Underwear for men and women is available in several absorbency levels. Daytime features 50 fluid ounce total absorption capacity (independently lab-tested per ISO 11948-1). This product is available in sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL, and XXXL. For increased absorbency, try with our LivDry Shaped Pads for a two-piece system that traps leaks better.
Our premium protective underwear is manufactured in the USA. All TYE Medical products ship in discreet packaging.

Used these when going through an episode a few years back and they held up good. Would recommend.

These have more padding than most- it is thin to be comfortable, and that's about the same as other brands, but the padding extends further up in the front and back.
These have more padding than most- it is thin to be comfortable, and that's about the same as other brands, but the padding extends further up in the front and back. Heavy wetters or those that are incontinent of bowel function will really appreciate that bit of extra length on the main pad. The XL will fit a normal size XL, and some 2x's as well - I think up to about a size 18 in women's should be able to wear these. They will fit 20, 22's and maybe even size 24s in a pinch but will be more likely to roll down and not come up as high on the waist. If you are a 3x and buy them and find them too small, they still will probably fit good enough for day time use sitting up with only light activity. They are very gathered at the legs, and have an extra gather that separates the gusset from the rest of the underwear, which gives them a formed shape that's very effective for preventing leaks. They are soft, and can be easily torn but generally they won't tear unless you try to tear them. They are fairly quick to absorb liquid- they do swell really big but they hold at least 3 cups of liquid poured fairly quickly - that's much more than bladders will void at once!
