This disposable underwear is very absorbent to the point of being slightly bulky but it certainly works very well for overnight use when that extra absorbency is needed. The padding with absorbent gel beads is distributed in both the front and back, so they can be used by anyone and provide protection in any position. The material is soft and there is lots of elastic to fit snugly around the legs to prevent leaks. The sides tear away to make removal easier, so there is no need to use bandage shears. Each size will fit a wider range than most brands. Anyone who has put adult diapers or absorbent underwear on backwards after a good deal of effort and then had to start over will appreciate that that there are several rows of colored stitching in the front waistband.

These are a must for anyone with bladder control issues. They fit well but the size is a something you must choose correctly for maximum effectiveness. My aunt who needed these said they were a bit loose on her but she said they still, helped her tremendously. She uses this along with a pad and has had no issues with leaks. Overall these are a good product at a reasonable price

These are basic stretchy undergarments.
These are basic stretchy undergarments. They are a brief style and I like that they accommodate any gender because there is absorbent padding on all sides. A bit bulkier then some competing products but the ability to absorb and hold waste is excellent. If you or your loved one is ambulatory, a pull-on brief is a nice option.

These have more padding than most- it is thin to be comfortable, and that's about the same as other brands, but the padding extends further up in the front and back.
These have more padding than most- it is thin to be comfortable, and that's about the same as other brands, but the padding extends further up in the front and back. Heavy wetters or those that are incontinent of bowel function will really appreciate that bit of extra length on the main pad. The XL will fit a normal size XL, and some 2x's as well - I think up to about a size 18 in women's should be able to wear these. They will fit 20, 22's and maybe even size 24s in a pinch but will be more likely to roll down and not come up as high on the waist. If you are a 3x and buy them and find them too small, they still will probably fit good enough for day time use sitting up with only light activity. They are very gathered at the legs, and have an extra gather that separates the gusset from the rest of the underwear, which gives them a formed shape that's very effective for preventing leaks. They are soft, and can be easily torn but generally they won't tear unless you try to tear them. They are fairly quick to absorb liquid- they do swell really big but they hold at least 3 cups of liquid poured fairly quickly - that's much more than bladders will void at once!
