I bought these once out of desperation with my normal delivery of another brand being late. Best thing to happen! With chronic IBS-D and bladder incontinences I had become quite the hermit for fear of the consequences I knew I'd face if I was away from home for more than an hour or two. I just didn't see any way to manage it until these! I started out on auto delivery for one case a month and recently increased it to 2 so there's no chance of running out. I don't use regular underwear anymore, just these with reduced anxiety of accidents & a mess. They're pricier than other brands but worth it for me. I've recommended them to friends as well who also face similar issues at our ages (upper 60s, lower 70s).

Large Daytime Underwear
Best product on the market for urinary surprises! Does cause me a terrible rash in upper legs where underwear elastic product touches my skin. I have to apply prescription cream to reduce the rash pain. Just would like something to cover the elastic or a change in the elastic material. Otherwise this product gets 5 stars!!
