These premium full-coverage pads maintain a cloth-like feel and a flexible, durable design that doesn’t sacrifice comfort for absorption. When placed correctly into briefs, protective underwear, or even net pants, these pads remain out of the way and unnoticeable – until they are needed. Unlike booster pads, these insert pads for men and women feature a plastic backing, stopping passthrough leaks.

The fast-absorbing upper layer in LivDry Shaped Pads quickly pulls in the liquid and channels it down “troughs” to spread the liquid evenly over the maximum absorbency Super Absorbent Gel Core. The rapid absorption prevents overloading any one part of the pad and leaves the top layer dry to the touch – protecting you from skin irritation and Urinary Tract Infections.

In the case of particularly heavy incontinence, our leakage barrier leg cuffs rise to the task of containing liquid until the pad can fully absorb it. Made with advanced hydrophobic technology, the cuffs create a seal against your inner thigh, and repel liquid back into the center of the pad. The cuffs remain comfortable during movement and are incredibly beneficial when laying down.

Our Unisex Shaped Pads are available in 6 types, offering a wide range of absorbency: this sample pack contains 4 pads, ranging from Hyper 1200's 48oz up to 95oz – Hyper 2400, the highest absorbing incontinence pad in the world. This variety makes them a perfect choice whether you are looking for daytime, everyday needs, or long-term overnight protection. Although these pads will work when placed in regular underwear, we designed them primarily for use as part of the 2-piece system, paired with Protective Underwear, Premium Briefs, or Net Pants (sold separately). As such, Hyper pads do NOT have an adhesive strip. Using the 2-piece system means changing just the insert pad instead of having to change the entire brief or diaper multiple times a day. This results in faster, easier changes, and cost savings compared to using briefs or protective underwear alone. Not to mention, changing only the pad means less product waste, making it much more environmentally friendly than other options.
