TYE Medical LivDry Mega Briefs PLUS allow for maximum leakage protection and high absorption – yet are created with a cloth-like feel that is not at all stiff or plasticky. These incontinence briefs are fully breathable, allowing for underwear-like comfort while still providing maximum leakage protection.
The hook and loop tape tab design is key to understanding the powerful leakage protection that our Unisex Mega Briefs PLUS offer. This high-quality securing method allows for a custom fit – two tabs on the bottom are attached first at upward angles, providing a secure hold, while two top tabs are angled downward, ensuring maximum grip, and that the custom-fit Premium Incontinence Mega Briefs PLUS for men and women will be comfortable and secure against leaks. Innovative hydrophobic (liquid-repelling) leakage barrier leg cuffs complete the leakproof system by sealing to your legs and preventing leaks even when laying down.
The performance of LivDry Premium Mega Briefs PLUS is also fantastic – these incontinence briefs are appropriate for absorption of multiple bladder voids or containment of a bowel movement. Absorbency of size Medium is 116 fluid ounces, Large is 140 fluid ounces, and XL is 150 fluid ounces. For comparison, a 2-liter bottle of soda is only 68 fluid ounces!
If less absorption is required, or you want to take advantage of the Two-Piece System with our TYE Medical LivDry Shaped Pads, we recommend instead using our LivDry Premium Briefs. This system allows you to continue wearing one Brief all day long, and simply change out the non-passthrough pad as needed throughout the day. Fewer changes saves you time and money compared to always changing the brief.
All LivDry products are always shipped discreetly to your door.

Underwear
Holds up for long wear, but it does fall apart eventually. It is one of the top choices for safety.

Super absorbent but not best at odor containment
The Mega Briefs have great absorbency, lasting the entire night and are comfortable to wear. The only downside I found was the clothlike back-sheet did not contain urine odor very well. Would probably be better if they switched to a plastic back-sheet.
