I found these great to change in public because they are silent.
I found these great to change in public because they are silent. Since I've used adult briefs, I've had constant issue with leaking on the left side - during day and at night. Because these briefs are so wide they capture urine no matter my position. Bowel accident protection at night esp with the inserts this company sells. I also find that they are invisible under cloths even when full. I will shortly also get the smalls which will fit also since I have a 31 waist. I'm also going to use them during day in summer month when fitted briefs can chafe.

The diaper worked fine with the pad
The diaper worked fine with the pad, but when my hubby went to take the insert out and just use the diaper the tabs all ripped. Given this, I don't know how good the diaper itself was. The pad didn't bleed through, but we couldn't get the vaunted multiple uses out of the diaper holding it. Obviously the pad option was thus a no-go, so I'd have to analyze them on a cost per diaper basis. I'll keep it in mind for potential summer uses, since it breathes but hubby liked the ComfiDry 24/7 better. Just our 2c of hot air.

The first thing you will notice is how comfortable these briefs are. The second thing you will notice is how tall the leg gatherers are. They really give you a feeling of protection and security. I have absolutely no worry about leaks if I release a full bladder or have a bowel accident. As mentioned these do work great as a two piece system however the briefs do stand on their own and are great for moderate urinary incontinence or heavy bowel incontinence.

This is one of the best diapers I have ever worn. Comfortable, and breathable. It has the best leak protection. Must use with LivDry pads to maximize cost effectiveness.

These diapers are meant to be used with their insert pads, so you can pay for the exact amount of absorbency you want, and to create less waste while being able to reuse the diaper half and toss the insert. This works okay for that. for the pros, this diaper is extremely comfortable, with great features, such as elasticated front and rear waistbands, a truely reinforced tape panel that uses velcro, a very soft backsheet, and very tall leakguards, along with the leakguards on the pads themselves meant leaks werent an issue for me. I will not be switching to any othee nighttime brief in the near future, these are the ones I've only wished I could have for years.

Very impressed with this diaper. The quality of the construction is the best I've ever seen. The elastic leg gathers and waistband are very soft and stretchy. They really help to get a good fit. The inner leak guards stand almost 2 inches tall, and can easily accommodate a booster pad. I agree with the other reviewer that these aren’t the most absorbent diapers. To compensate, I added an Abena abri-let maxi booster pad, which worked really well. Even though the absorbency isn’t the best, I still rated 5 stars because of how well these are made.I ordered these directly from the seller.
