I purchased these for my adult disabled son who is incontinent at night. These are the best I have found. I used to use two of other brands and they still leaked. These keep his pajamas and bedding completely dry. They are the best!

Protective underwear overnight
Having been unable to find a good fit for my needs locally I am glad to have found the overnight underwear. Tho a bit pricy I am stocking up for when I will be unable to afford them. Hopefully the company will offer some kind of incentive when I am older and can no longer work so I will still be able to purchase them. Right now, 5 stars!
