We use these every day with my mom. They work well but at night we're still having to add an additional pad to help with absorbing. During the day, your 2 piece system is working well so we don't have to change the pull up every bathroom break.

The fit is great for larger people. There is no leaking. I like the blue stripe on the top front for vision impaired persons to identify the front. Very pleased with the product and plan to continue using it.
