These are the only ones that fit me. I weigh 302 pounds, wear size 26 dress and I am on the water pill. I urinate all night long. They are easy to get on and off. I don't need them during the day because I can walk to the bathroom but at night I take a sleeping pill and I am not aware that I am urinating because I am in such a heavy sleep. I only ordered a bag because I thought I had to cut a slit in the sides to fit my large body. But I bought the 2x and it stretches to 80 inches. I do not have to cut slits in the sides because it stretches and doesn't ride down during the night. I love it so much I ordered a case. I used to use towels underneath my underpants before I bought these but I developed a burning rash from that. I just want to say I am very happy with your product.

These work great for me at night during my cycle.
These work great for me at night during my cycle. They are very comfortable the stretch around the top and the legs make them very easy to put on and comfortable during the night. The padding is from front to back because they are unisex. The padding is thick which allows a lot of absorbency so you do have to get use to that part. There is a colored band to help identify the front for those that may have troubel. They are sturdy but the sides allow tear away removal for those that have trouble with lower limbs or have another party removing. They have a gel core which is supposed to help with odor. I don't experience any odor with my use. Very good product.

Colored stitching instantly tells me which is the front side. Stretch panels in the front for comfortable fit. Tear away sides for easy removal. The leg cuffs are gathered insuring a barrier from leakage. I highly recommend these to my fellow sufferers.

While they have a nice fit, they have a cottony texture that is very comfortable and will accommodate most people's needs because they feel and fit natural. These pants offer heavy absorbency and works well as a nighttime undergarment. It contains accidents and is particularly nice because there is a tight seal in the leg area which prevents leaks. These compare favorably to other underwear that I have purchased for my mother-in-law. Their cost is reasonable and they do exactly what the manufacturer claims.

The padding with absorbent gel beads is distributed in both the front and back, so they can be used by anyone and provide protection in any position. The material is soft and there is lots of elastic to fit snugly around the legs to prevent leaks. The sides tear away to make removal easier, so there is no need to use bandage shears. Each size will fit a wider range than most brands. Anyone who has put adult diapers or absorbent underwear on backwards after a good deal of effort and then had to start over will appreciate that that there are several rows of colored stitching in the front waistband.

These are a must for anyone with bladder control issues. They fit well but the size is a something you must choose correctly for maximum effectiveness. My aunt who needed these said they were a bit loose on her but she said they still, helped her tremendously. She uses this along with a pad and has had no issues with leaks. Overall these are a good product at a reasonable price

These are basic stretchy undergarments. They are a brief style and I like that they accommodate any gender because there is absorbent padding on all sides. A bit bulkier then some competing products but the ability to absorb and hold waste is excellent. If you or your loved one is ambulatory, a pull-on brief is a nice option.
